The Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort is thrilled to announce the successful graduation of the Paddle Up Leadership (P.U.L.) Cohort 3! This momentous occasion marks a significant step in cultivating future leaders within our community, as we continue to invest in the development of our dedicated associates.
The Paddle Up Leadership program was founded with the purpose of enhancing leadership skills essential for the future success of the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort. Cohort 3 brought together a diverse group of individuals, including Leads, Supervisors, and Influencers, who were eager to expand their capabilities and assume new responsibilities.
Over the course of six months, twenty-two associates participated in bi-weekly training sessions led by our esteemed Hospitality & Leadership Instructor, Stephanie Allen. These sessions focused on equipping the participants with the fundamental skills needed to excel as leaders in their respective roles.
The curriculum for Cohort 3 was designed to provide a well-rounded foundation in leadership. Throughout the program, participants engaged in a variety of topics that are crucial for effective leadership:
• Communication: Mastering the art of conveying ideas clearly and effectively.
• Growth and Development: Fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and learning.
• Efficiency and Production: Enhancing productivity through strategic planning.
