On the gaming floor, her expertise is unmatched; she serves as a vital mentor to fellow dealers, helping them navigate complex payouts and game mechanics with ease and patience. In the fast-paced casino environment, Stephanie’s adaptability is a massive asset. Whether she is embracing new staggered work weeks or switching floor rotations multiple times in a single shift, she maintains a consistently positive attitude. Stephanie’s journey from a reserved newcomer to a confident, extroverted leader is truly inspiring. By regularly helping her peers find shift-swaps and ensuring the team is always supported, Stephanie proves day in and day out that she is the ultimate team player.
Angela has played a key role in the department's efficiency by maintaining a comprehensive master tool for tracking delivery dates, cutoff times, and vendor data. Her technical expertise was further highlighted this quarter as she mastered complex invoice reconciliations and successfully completed her first Request for Proposal (RFP)—a senior-level milestone that showcases her professional growth. Beyond her desk, Angela is a leader who lifts others up. From teaching new processes to coworkers to volunteering with the Associate Activities Committee, she consistently goes the extra mile. Angela continues to invest in her future by attending Paddle Up Leadership courses and bringing expert-level preparation to every supplier meeting.
Warren's nomination highlights his exceptional performance and leadership. Warren is a master of making people feel valued. Whether he’s greeting every employee with a "good morning" or helping assist guests with their sports bets. He has mastered every role, conducted counterfeit detection classes, and streamlined department audits. More than just an efficient manager, Warren is a dedicated mentor who fosters a culture of respect, listens to his team's concerns, and leads by example. Warren’s journey is defined by his adaptability. He faced the challenge of a new department head-on, proving that determination and a commitment to continuous learning can turn any obstacle into a success.
