Louis bridges the gap between data and hospitality. His commitment to teamwork and customer service were put on display this quarter. Louis seamlessly transitioned into a leadership role, demonstrating a comprehensive command of operations while taking full ownership of high-stakes data initiatives and real-time troubleshooting for our guests. What makes Louis truly stand out is his "human" touch. He turns standard guest interactions into learning moments, patiently walking people through our promotions so they get the most out of their experience. Within the office, he is a grounding force—someone who listens, offers honest feedback, and turns every challenge into a new opportunity.
Annell truly practices what she preaches. Having risen through the ranks from cook to Senior Food & Beverage Manager, she leads by example, jumping into the trenches during call-outs or special events without hesitation. Annell uses her unique journey to mentor others, providing hands-on coaching for managers facing difficult situations. Her open-door policy and compassionate ear ensure her team feels supported daily. Beyond the Food & Beverage department, she serves on the Associate Activities Committee, planning and helping out at associate events. Furthermore, Annell is sharpening her skills in Paddle Up Leadership courses, directly sharing these new insights to help her team thrive.
